IFS is a gentle, effective approach based on the idea that we all have different parts within us that show up at various times -we have our anxious part, our people pleasing part, our angry part, the driven part, the protector part. These parts - even the ones we may want to change up aren’t flawed. They are brilliant survival strategies that got us here - but maybe need to stand down for a while. IFS helps us understand them, heal the wounds that brought them here and learn some new ways to safely navigate our relationships, our past and ourselves.
This approach works perfectly for individuals and couples wanting deeper connection, healing and understanding.

A.R.T. is a profound, non-invasive approach to break free from trauma, stress, anxiety and fear. This works directly to reprogram the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions. This approach can help quickly clear the emotional blocks without having to relive and retell the painful details.
Relief can often by felt in as little as one to five sessions and is perfect for young teens to adults.

You’re finally starting to admit to yourself that something isn’t right.
You can feel yourself starting to unravel. You’re exhausted but can’t sleep, and the tension never really lets up. Your emotions either feel way too big…or like they’re not there at all. Staying busy and keeping control used to work, but now you just feel disconnected—from yourself, your people, and even your own body.
I see you.
You just need to show up here and settle in - I’ll be here too.

EFT isn’t about better communication scripts or feel good messaging…it’s about getting to what’s actually driving the disconnection.
Under the conflict, there’s almost always a fear: Do I matter? Am I safe with you?
EFT helps couples slow down the cycle, understand the emotions underneath it, and respond to each other in a way that builds real security. This is where the shift happens. Move from reacting and defending to actually feeling seen, understood, and connected again.
Which One Is Right For Me?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful approach to identifying each “part” of you that shows up in various interactions. We carry so many parts - anxiety, perfectionism, anger, trauma, avoidance, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism that either take over or shut down meaningful moments or experiences. Instead of judging those parts or resenting your reactions, we build deeper relationships with them to first understand their role and then help unblend them so lasting healing can take over and they can stand down. Think of internal conflicts where one part of you wants to say or do something but another one doesn’t…these are two parts competing to step in and protect you from whatever is in front of you. We learn why they are there and how to manage and heal so we can access more profound connection with yourself and your relationships.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps couples break painful cycles of conflict, distance, miscommunication and betrayal by uncovering and untangling deeper emotions and attachment needs buried underneath. EFT helps identify the patterns that lead to anger, blame, shutdown and conflict by reestablishing trust, emotional safety and communication that actually reaches each other. Learning conflict and attachment styles and how to show up for each other leads to deeper connection and feels more collaborative.
For those experiencing deep fractures, betrayals or entering discernment, this can be a particularly impactful approach for how to allow for pain while maintaining safety and focus on connection.
ART and EMDR are two excellent, evidence-based approaches for reducing the negative physical sensations that accompany traumatic memories, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. Both therapies use non-invasive methods, including bi-lateral stimulation (similar to the REM stage of sleep), to help lessen or eliminate feelings of overwhelm, panic, and automatic body reactions tied to distressing memories.
These techniques often produce noticeable relief in a relatively short time and can be integrated into broader treatment plans tailored to each person’s needs. More about ART can be found here.
The soundtrack of our self-talk was given to us by messages and experiences from childhood.
The limiting beliefs, the fear, the worthlessness, the perfectionism, the struggling relationships, the relentlessness…on loop, over and over again.
It’s not working and you want to feel better.
I want that for you too.
