  • Individual sessions are: 50 minutes: $190.

Couples’ sessions are: 55 minutes: $225.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) 80 mins: $300.

Intensives are also offered for two or three hour blocks delivering powerful and fast results without frequency of sessions.

I currently accept Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield for individual sessions, and can provide superbills and support for out of network plans.

Couple’s work is not covered by insurance. This allows me to provide highly personalized care without the restrictions often associated with insurance coverage, such as session limits, required diagnoses and disclosure of notes, ensuring a therapeutic approach that aligns with your goals and self-protection.

This freedom also provides more privacy and control over your treatment plan and notes, as I am not bound by limitations or restrictions imposed by insurance companies as well as disclosure which for me personally, is a line I don’t choose to cross.

By investing in your relationship with me, you gain the opportunity to work with a highly skilled clinician who prioritizes your relationship, privacy and approaches without interference, while helping you thrive.

Private pay is a preferred method for many of my clients in highly sensitive or clearance-required positions.

  • What if I don’t know what kind of therapy do I need?

My core belief is whatever approach speaks to you, and inspires you, is what will have the most impact.

I am trained in CBT, DBT, ART, Internal Family Systems, Gottman and EFT for couples. Ultimately what works is what works for you.

We start with understanding what brings you in and what your goals are and from there, we plan an approach and I stay vigilant in tweaking as the need reveals. You are the expert on you and respecting your goals and comfort level is my most valuable work.

  • Most of my clients have clearances and positions requiring protection from third party access or random intrusive audits.

The way to protect session notes and documentation is to elect private pay which keeps your file off the computer, locked and strictly confidential with no outside access without your written permission.

If you need a protected payment portal, I offer that as well.

  • This happens a lot. I welcome you in and we move with what we can change versus the goal of drawing a partner in. Couple’s work is most successful when both individuals are buying in but that doesn’t mean meaningful work can’t be done individually. We start with you and generally partners’ experience a shift and are welcome to join at any time, at a pace that feels comfortable and safe.

  • This work is layered, painful and yet a very necessary approach when couples are evaluating their future separately. A specific, impactful and sensitive set of sessions can be scheduled to work out differences, prepare children and families and stay connected and engaged so both of you feel autonomy, supported and intentional throughout this time.

  • Yes! and only with your consent. If you don’t have any allergies or concerns, my very fat and lazy basset hound, Sadie can join in your session. She has no boundaries or respect for personal space but she sleeps - a lot.

If you have a dog that wants to come with you or who would be a comfort to you - please let me know in advance and I will always make room for family.
